JOSH CARUSO, CEO & Co-Founder
Josh Caruso is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in military service and academic achievement. Born and raised in New Hampshire, with roots firmly planted in the scenic landscapes of the Northeast, Josh's journey into adulthood was marked by a strong sense of duty and commitment to excellence.
After graduating from Pinkerton Academy in 2006, Josh answered the call to serve his country by joining the United States Marine Corps as an infantryman. His time in the Marines was characterized by courage, discipline, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Josh's unwavering dedication led him to deploy multiple times to Iraq and Afghanistan, where he bravely served on the front lines, demonstrating remarkable leadership and resilience in challenging environments.
In 2010, Josh transitioned into signals intelligence and electronic warfare within the Marine Corps, utilizing his analytical skills and technical acumen to decipher critical intelligence and disrupt enemy communications networks. His contributions in this role were instrumental in safeguarding the safety and security of his fellow service members and advancing mission objectives.
Despite the demands of military service, Josh remained committed to his personal and professional development. He pursued higher education through American Military University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2021. Josh's academic achievements reflect his intellectual curiosity and commitment to lifelong learning.
Currently, Josh is pursuing his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, furthering his education and preparing for a successful transition into the civilian workforce. His strategic mindset, leadership experience, and dedication to excellence position him as a future leader in the business world.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Josh is a devoted husband and father of three children. His family serves as a source of inspiration and strength, motivating him to excel in all aspects of his life.

Nick Holmes, COO & Co-Founder
Nick Holmes is a dynamic professional with a distinguished background rooted in military service and entrepreneurial leadership. Originating from Memphis, Tennessee, Nick's journey epitomizes a steadfast commitment to excellence and service.
Graduating from the University of Memphis with a degree in Public Relations, Nick enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. Meritoriously promoted to Corporal, he accelerated through the ranks, achieving the rank of Sergeant in under three years, a testament to his exceptional abilities and dedication.
Nick's military tenure was defined by his pivotal roles in various deployments. His service included two deployments to Okinawa, Japan, where he served as a Senior Analyst, contributing significantly to intelligence operations of the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit. After being commissioned as a Signals Intelligence Officer via the Enlisted Commissioning Program, he next played critical roles as the last Signals Intelligence Detachment Officer supporting the Black Sea Rotational Force in Romania, and as the first Electromagnetic Warfare Detachment Officer for the Marine Rotational Force - Europe.
Nick's deployment experiences then extended to Helmand Province in Afghanistan, where he served as the Deputy J-2 and SIGINT Detachment Officer for Task Force Southwest, making invaluable contributions to mission success in a challenging operational environment over a 9-month combat deployment.
Transitioning from active duty, Nick established Nomadus Consulting, a prominent firm specializing in supporting SIGINT, EW, and communications projects for multiple clients within the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Nick is a devoted family man and community advocate.
